Our Approach

For Historical Buildings: We highlight a building’s original character and weathered textures. Instead of covering up historical details, we blend them with modern comforts, creating a peaceful space that connects the past with the present.

For Modern Buildings: We apply the same principles to modern design. We still use authentic, high-quality materials to create honest, healthy, and lasting spaces.

Materials & Sustainability

We are deeply committed to using natural and sustainable materials like reclaimed wood, natural stone, bamboo, and recycled glass. This commitment not only enhances the beauty of our designs but also reduces our environmental impact. By creating a more sustainable environment, we design spaces that feel authentic, warm, and deeply connected to nature.

WINNIE JONES (Lic. Architect (CA), MCIOB)

Principal
Winnie has over 15 years of experience in construction and design management. Winnie’s design journey is a unique blend of Eastern heritage and Western influence. Born in the vibrant, bustling metropolis, and grew up in the sunny shores of California, Winnie was introduced to a world of innovation, creativity, and boundless possibilities. This cross-cultural upbringing has shaped Winnie's design philosophy, allowing her to draw inspiration from both the East and the West.
EMMETT MARSH (RIBA)

Design Director (Architecture)
Creative and detail-oriented Design Director with over 20 years of extensive experience in architectural design and project management. Emmett collaborate closely with clients to interpret their vision and requirements, providing expert design solutions that balance functionality and aesthetics. In the past, Emmett spearheaded multiple large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion, resulting in enhanced client satisfaction and repeat business.
HANA HAYASHI

Design Director (Interior)
Hana is a dynamic and innovative Design Director with over 10 years of experience in interior design, specializing in space planning and material selection and property development. Hana has proven track record of leading design teams to deliver high-quality, aesthetically pleasing environments that enhance functionality and user experience.
NIKKI JONES

Digital Modelling Design Lead
Nikki has over 15 years of experience in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling digital assets. Strong understanding of design principles and expertise in various modelling software a including 3D modelling Blender, Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrushd and 2D Design Software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW.

Julian is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of experience in leading large-scale commercial and civil engineering projects. Proven expertise in strategic cost planning, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. Successfully delivered a £20M infrastructure project 15% under budget, demonstrating strong financial acumen and team leadership.
